What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate a team of 8 offshore customer support reps to deliver top-tier service
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
  • Monitor performance, set goals, and deliver coaching and feedback
  • Identify process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate across departments for seamless communication
  • Solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining customer trust
  • Act as a product evangelist, helping customers maximize their use of Promenade products

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring in a customer support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savviness with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence
  • Calm, positive attitude under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Friendly, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Prior customer service experience (retail, service, or support) highly valued

Compensation

  • $23–$25 per hour
  • $10,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
