Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (U.S. based)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accounts and manage fixed assets/depreciation schedules
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statements
- Manage accounts payable coding, approvals, and expense accruals
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet and income statement variances
- Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and external reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
- Support ERP tools (NetSuite, Bill.com, Divvy, Expensify) and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, FP&A, and Operations teams on accounting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred)
- 3–5+ years progressive accounting experience (corporate or public accounting)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite or similar)
- Knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 340 (Deferred Commissions), ASC 350 (Software Capitalization)
- Experience with SaaS, digital health, or multi-entity environments a plus
- Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and organizational ability
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 annually
