Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM CST
- One Saturday or Sunday every 4 weeks
- Full-time, 40 hours guaranteed weekly
- Remote, U.S.-based only
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and some outbound calls from prospective customers (B2C)
- Educate customers on product options—no cold calling
- Listen actively to customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Communicate pricing and collect initial lease payments
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of inbound sales or commission-based retail experience
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office programs and CRM tools
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- U.S. residency required
