Schedule
- Full-time, hourly position with overtime eligibility
- Remote role; must reside in a Pacific or Mountain Time Zone state
- Standard shift: 9am–6pm PST
What You’ll Do
- Become a product expert and provide accurate, timely assistance to customers
- Support clients with benefit eligibility, policy, and claims-related questions
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to resolution across email, chat, and video channels
- Troubleshoot product or service concerns, explain solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Document interactions and share feedback to improve product features and services
- Stay current on policies and product updates to deliver consistent, reliable support
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–3 years of professional experience (internship or full-time)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Residency in a Pacific or Mountain Time Zone state
- Nice to have: familiarity with U.S. healthcare processes, COBRA, and flexible benefits programs
