Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Paid training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST (mandatory)
- Post-training: schedules assigned via shift bid; hours may include 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST and Saturdays
What You’ll Do
- Answer ~60–80 inbound calls daily regarding medical supply orders
- Process new orders, reorders, and insurance-related billing information
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies and provide product information
- Navigate multiple systems to deliver order status updates and resolve issues on the first call
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and composure
- Document customer interactions and adhere to compliance standards
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2–4 years of high-volume call center experience preferred
- Prior healthcare customer service or order placement experience a plus
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and call center systems preferred
- Ability to meet call center metrics (handle time, adherence, speed to answer, QA)
- Previous remote/work-from-home experience a plus
