Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Paid training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST (mandatory)
  • Post-training: schedules assigned via shift bid; hours may include 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST and Saturdays

What You’ll Do

  • Answer ~60–80 inbound calls daily regarding medical supply orders
  • Process new orders, reorders, and insurance-related billing information
  • Troubleshoot order discrepancies and provide product information
  • Navigate multiple systems to deliver order status updates and resolve issues on the first call
  • Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and composure
  • Document customer interactions and adhere to compliance standards

What You Need

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2–4 years of high-volume call center experience preferred
  • Prior healthcare customer service or order placement experience a plus
  • Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and call center systems preferred
  • Ability to meet call center metrics (handle time, adherence, speed to answer, QA)
  • Previous remote/work-from-home experience a plus
