Schedule
- Full-time, remote/work-from-home role
- Company-issued equipment provided for remote employees
- Must meet minimum internet requirements: 25 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, hardwired connection only
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound collection calls and handle inbound calls on past-due accounts
- Negotiate payments and secure arrangements from customers
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive account information
- Provide professional, courteous customer interactions and problem resolution
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of collections experience required (call center preferred)
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations preferred
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate clearly over the phone
