What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, offering tailored solutions to technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, and PCs
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and deliver real-time answers
  • Collaborate with team members to share expertise and achieve goals
  • Communicate clearly and adapt to a wide range of customer needs

What You Need

  • Experience in customer support or call center roles (academic/volunteer experience counts)
  • Strong technical knowledge of operating systems and devices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to feedback
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
