- Full-time
- Remote within the U.S.
- Overnight shift: 9:30pm – 6:00am CT (open to 3:00pm – 11:30pm CT)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for field technicians, vendors, and customers to coordinate repair activities
- Schedule and assign onsite technicians, ensuring they have tools, documentation, and site requirements
- Track cases, RMAs, and dispatches in internal CRM systems
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on repair progress and delays
- Maintain detailed records of all scheduling activities and publish daily schedules
- Support day-to-day resource management including parts, labor, and logistics coordination
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for multicultural and multi-time zone teams
- Experience with RMA processes, global part replacement, and repair tracking
- Proficiency in scheduling systems, calendar tracking, and Excel
- College diploma preferred; computer hardware/server familiarity a plus
