- Remote within the U.S.
- Standard business hours, occasional travel (1x per year)
What You’ll Do
- Lead partner implementation projects, including planning, setup, and timeline management
- Oversee project operations and act as liaison between partners and WorkforceGo stakeholders
- Resolve project issues and provide proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and process management across all implementations
- Complete non-core module implementations and assist with direct client projects as needed
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management or consulting experience, ideally within SaaS, HCM, or cloud-based solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, and SaaS platforms
- Analytical problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments
