Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in the Central Standard Time Zone
- 40 hours per week
- Training provided (4–18 weeks depending on customer group supported)
What You’ll Do
- Listen actively and advocate for customers, providing empathetic and respectful support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and claims accurately, documenting all interactions.
- Educate customers about their benefits, claims, and available resources.
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions to improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to resolve issues and enhance outcomes.
- Uphold confidentiality standards and CVS/Aetna Code of Conduct.
What You Need
- 6+ months of customer service experience (required).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- High-speed internet access with a reliable home setup.
- Ability to work assigned schedules with flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of contact center experience (calls, chat, or email).
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
