What You’ll Do
- Answer phone, email, and live chat inquiries with professionalism and care
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate priority issues when needed
- Accurately record customer interaction details
- Follow up on complex issues to ensure resolution
- Deliver upbeat, solution-focused service while representing our brand values
What You Need
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Comfortable with basic computer navigation (typing 30+ WPM, multitasking with tabs, copy/paste, etc.)
- Friendly, confident, self-starter with problem-solving skills
Pay
- $13.00–$15.00 per hour
