Support new and existing dealers with onboarding, training, and program usage while working remotely. This role combines customer service with sales support, giving you the opportunity to grow dealer relationships and help drive business success.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- One evening shift per week
- One Saturday shift every 7 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Assist potential dealers with onboarding, program questions, and benefits
- Conduct approval and denial calls and explain program details clearly
- Train dealers on systems, requirements, and account information
- Enter dealer and customer data into multiple systems (SalesForce, DecisionLender, Spectrum, TrustLayer)
- Increase program usage and business levels with existing dealers
- Support credit application processing, verification calls, and other cross-department tasks as needed
- Respond to dealer inquiries via phone and email following company standards
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or 2 years of related sales/marketing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF tools a plus
- Strong analytical, math, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret financial/legal documents and respond to inquiries professionally
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable under deadlines
Pay
- $20.00–$21.50 per hour
