Schedule
- Independent contractor role (not employment)
- Choose your own hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday
- Flexible scheduling—you decide when to work
- Must live and work from the U.S. (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with accounting software issues (QuickBooks Online or comparable platforms)
- Guide callers through processes like ledger entry, reconciliation, AR/AP, and journal entries
- Troubleshoot software navigation and accounting-related questions
- Confidently resolve customer concerns and provide clear explanations
- Cross-sell relevant services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
What You Need
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
- Bookkeeping/accounting background (AR, AP, reconciliations, etc.)
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Tech savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Friendly, professional phone demeanor with strong communication skills
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Quiet, secure work environment with reliable internet and equipment (Windows 11 PC, wired connection, USB headset, antivirus installed; limited Mac acceptance)
