Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Training: Jan 5 start, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday (12–14 weeks)
- After training: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday
- No nights or weekends
What You’ll Do
- Build rapport with callers and resolve questions from start to finish
- Handle mutual fund transactions and provide clear, accurate information
- Focus on quality and first-call resolution, not scripts
- Navigate multiple systems quickly while engaging callers
- Participate in structured training, coaching, and career advancement programs
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organization
What You Need
- High school diploma (post-secondary education preferred)
- Experience managing complex customer interactions to resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
- Secure, distraction-free workspace with reliable power
- Hardwired internet connection (30 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload minimum)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Preferred: customer service, financial services, or insurance experience; bilingual English/Spanish; knowledge of mutual fund transactions
