Schedule
- PRN/Per Diem position (hours vary as needed)
- Remote role based in Wisconsin
- Flexible shifts, with scheduling based on department needs
What You’ll Do
- Collect data from patients and provider offices to schedule services
- Coordinate referrals and schedule changes as needed
- Enter patient information and instructions into the electronic medical system
- Maintain provider contact details and follow site-specific protocols
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Support smooth clinic operations with timely, accurate scheduling
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (or 10 years of relevant work experience)
- No prior scheduling experience required—training provided
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes accurately and adapt to patient needs
