Schedule

  • Fully remote, flexible daytime hours, Monday to Friday
  • About 6 hours per day

What You’ll Do

  • Call from a daily lead list and follow a proven qualification script
  • Build rapport, confirm fit, and schedule strategy sessions with a specialist
  • Document calls, notes, and follow ups with accuracy
  • Practice Sandler sales methodology and improve through weekly coaching
  • Hit appointment-setting targets while keeping quality high

What You Need

  • Reliable high-speed internet via ethernet and a quiet workspace
  • Your own computer and headset
  • Tenacity, professionalism, and comfort with rejection
  • Strong interpersonal skills and quick thinking on live calls
  • Willingness to learn Sandler and apply feedback
  • Preferred: B2B cold calling or sales and collections experience

Benefits

  • Base compensation: 100 dollars per day (500 dollars per week)
  • Meeting bonus: 100 dollars per week for attending all meetings
  • Training pay: 250 dollars for the training week with required tasks completed
  • Appointment bonuses:
    • 50 dollars per qualified appointment set
    • 100 dollars if the appointment is held, pitched, and a contract is sent
    • 100 dollars if the appointment closes and payment is received
  • Most leads are warm from founder email newsletter exposure
  • Paid Sandler training and ongoing coaching
