Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Call center hours: 7am–11pm EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mandatory 4-week intensive training at the start of employment
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of calls with compassion and professionalism
- Guide pet families through emotional conversations with calm and empathy
- Gather and document medical information accurately
- Schedule appointments for veterinarians efficiently
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards
- Provide consistent, reliable support to families and team members
What You Need
- Experience in high-volume call center or customer service environments
- Ability to quickly learn software (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, Zoom)
- Previous remote work experience preferred
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Dependability and punctuality are essential
- Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs
