Schedule

  • Contract, independent contractor role
  • Flexible scheduling—you choose your hours
  • Program runs during open enrollment season (Nov. 10 – Dec. 8, 2025), with high call volume during these dates
  • Hours of operation: 7am–8pm CT, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with plan enrollment, account creation, and site navigation
  • Answer general plan questions with patience and empathy
  • Provide professional and accurate customer support via phone
  • Maintain a friendly, approachable tone in all interactions

What You Need

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Windows 11 PC (or Intel-based Mac with Windows 11 via Boot Camp)
  • Broadband wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must reside outside restricted states (not eligible: CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, MN, MT, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA, WI)
