Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position
- Standard business hours with flexibility required
- Reliable internet (100 Mbps download/25 Mbps upload minimum) is essential
What You’ll Do
- Serve as liaison between clients, brokers, and internal departments for claims support
- Communicate clearly with clients and brokers on claim resolutions
- Record and track client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions
- Troubleshoot and improve processes with cross-functional teams
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients for feedback and service improvements
- Meet productivity and quality standards set by management
What You Need
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year of medical claims experience
- Strong customer service background
- Knowledge of medical benefits and insurance preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
