Schedule
- Remote, independent contractor role
- Part-time to start: 20+ hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central
- Hours can increase as client load grows
What You’ll Do
- Onboard new attorney clients and guide them through the intake process
- Serve as the main point of contact via phone and email
- Review contracts, set clear expectations, and ensure client satisfaction
- Support clients with Google Maps, social media setup, and marketing tools
- Track performance results, identify trends, and recommend additional services
- Maintain accurate records across spreadsheets, emails, and shared files
What You Need
- Your own computer, phone, internet, and quiet home office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Drive
- Ability to stay organized, manage deadlines, and work independently
- Comfort learning how attorneys operate across practice areas
- Familiarity with Zoom Phone and Zoho is a plus
Benefits
- $20/hour starting rate, paid weekly (ACH)
- $22/hour after 90 days
- Bonuses include:
