Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST, CST, or MST
  • Phone- and text-based patient enrollment support

What You’ll Do

  • Contact and enroll patients referred by partner physicians
  • Clearly explain program benefits, expectations, and next steps
  • Build trust and rapport while handling objections with empathy
  • Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow-ups with the Care Team
  • Balance quality patient interactions with productivity goals

What You Need

  • Experience in healthcare services, patient support, or related field
  • Comfort managing a high volume of outbound calls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and patient trust
  • Skilled in using CRM platforms and documenting interactions
  • Passion for improving patient experiences in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
