Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST, CST, or MST
- Phone- and text-based patient enrollment support
What You’ll Do
- Contact and enroll patients referred by partner physicians
- Clearly explain program benefits, expectations, and next steps
- Build trust and rapport while handling objections with empathy
- Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow-ups with the Care Team
- Balance quality patient interactions with productivity goals
What You Need
- Experience in healthcare services, patient support, or related field
- Comfort managing a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and patient trust
- Skilled in using CRM platforms and documenting interactions
- Passion for improving patient experiences in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
