Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must be available during contact center hours: Mon–Fri 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. EST; Sat–Sun 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST
- Shifts may include evenings and weekends
What You’ll Do
- Supervise a team of contact center agents to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards
- Develop schedules, assign duties, and provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor performance metrics (call volume, response time, resolution rate) and implement improvements
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex issues with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with HR on hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Support workforce planning, scheduling, and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other federal healthcare regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and quality assurance
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 3–5 years of professional experience; 2+ years supervising contact center teams
- Experience with contact center technologies (telephony, CCaaS, CRM, IT service management)
- Healthcare, government, or military contact center experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed wired internet (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum)
