What You’ll Do
- Provide technical assistance for computer hardware, software, and networking issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Document all support interactions and contribute to the internal knowledgebase
- Manage case backlog effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and follow-ups
- Train and guide users on software and hardware functionality
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of technical support and customer-facing experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux and Windows environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other support tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases at once
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies
