- Standard business hours with potential need for flexible scheduling depending on client priorities
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues quickly and prioritize requests based on SLAs
- Provide clear troubleshooting steps and guide clients through solutions
- Document all client interactions and resolutions in ticketing/CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Educate and train clients on product features and best practices
- Share customer feedback with product teams to improve solutions
- Stay up to date on new features, product updates, and industry trends
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous technical support or customer support experience (SaaS preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud-based software and ticketing/CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Knowledge of data privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, remote environment
