- Salary range: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Do
- Organize, lead, and enhance QA processes aligned with agile principles
- Oversee automated testing and CI/CD integration
- Develop and execute test plans to support releases and iterative development
- Track risks, report outcomes, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers
- Explore new testing tools and integrate AI-assisted QA solutions
- Mentor and train QA team members; lead hiring and professional development initiatives
- Monitor quality standards and continuously improve outcomes
What You Need
- Proven experience as a QA Team Lead or Manager
- Strong mastery of QA methodologies, agile testing, automation tools, and test management
- Experience with digital payment solutions preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and strategic vision
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- English proficiency (B2 or above)
- Familiarity with AI toolsets for test generation and automation is a strong plus
