Schedule
- Remote / work-from-home position
- Full-time with paid training
- Company-issued equipment provided
- Must meet home internet requirements (hard-wired, 25 mbps download / 20 mbps upload minimum)
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and accept inbound calls on past due accounts
- Negotiate payments and arrangements while maintaining compliance standards
- Provide professional customer service with clear communication and problem-solving
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years collections experience or 5 years call center experience
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Strong negotiation, multitasking, and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a professional phone presence
