- Full-time leadership role with paid training

- Must meet home internet requirements (hard-wired, 25 mbps download / 20 mbps upload minimum)
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor revenue cycle staff (billers, coders, collectors)
- Oversee daily operations: billing, coding, claim submission, posting, and collections
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare financial reports (AR days, denial rates, collection rates)
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations
- Conduct audits, training sessions, and team meetings to improve efficiency and quality
- Provide feedback, progressive discipline, and leadership to maintain department standards
- Recommend process improvements and support new initiatives
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of billing, coding, payer regulations, and healthcare compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, billing software, and EHR systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- CRCR, CPC, or similar certification preferred
