Schedule
- Full-time remote position (must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV)
- Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding warranty products.
- Educate customers, answer questions, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Navigate conflict resolution in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Troubleshoot warranty inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and follow compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service experience with conflict resolution.
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred (repair shop procedures, labor guides, part pricing).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work from a home office with a reliable internet connection and distraction-free environment.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience to handle challenging calls.
