- Full-time role
- Flexible hybrid arrangement (remote + in-office collaboration as needed)
- Based in Georgia
Responsibilities
- Provide member support via phone for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and online banking services
- Assist with account opening, transfers, payroll deductions, statements, and problem resolution
- Process loan payments, savings withdrawals, and credit card transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with debit/ATM cards, online banking, bill pay, and fraud cases
- Research account activity and deliver timely, accurate information
- Educate members about available services, promotions, and account features
- Maintain accurate records and comply with SAFE ACT requirements for lending-related duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–2 years of related customer service or financial services experience
- Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
- Proficiency with PCs and related technology
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Professional demeanor with ability to handle member concerns effectively
