Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position (U.S.-based only, territories excluded)
- High-speed internet required
- Standard business hours with occasional urgent partner escalations
What You’ll Do
- Provide responsive service to payroll partners via phone, email, and platform-based communication
- Manage policy issuance, renewals, cancellations, and billing questions
- Respond to partner requests and inquiries within 24 hours or less
- Resolve complex payroll partner concerns and advocate for partner needs
- Support onboarding and training of new hires, creating SOPs and training materials
- Assist in testing and training for new processes and systems
- Collaborate across teams to ensure partner satisfaction and process improvement
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year of high-volume customer contact experience
- 1+ year of insurance customer service, administrative, or sales experience required
- Payroll partner service experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to solve moderately complex issues with independence
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce, payment processing systems, and Slack preferred
- Self-directed, organized, and capable of building collaborative relationships
