Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position (U.S.-based only, territories excluded)

What You’ll Do
- Act as subject matter expert for customer service, billing, and audits related to partner policies
- Manage all aspects of the partner policy lifecycle, including setup, billing adjustments, audits, and renewals
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, addressing issues and ensuring SLA adherence
- Handle escalations, investigate root causes, and drive solutions
- Provide guidance to internal teams and collaborate to improve processes
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or college coursework preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 1+ year of operational support in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred
- Experience with data analysis and workers’ compensation operations required
- Proficiency with G-Suite tools, Salesforce, and collaboration platforms (Slack preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
