Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position (U.S.-based only, territories excluded)
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and team members nationwide
- Reliable high-speed internet required
What You’ll Do
- Enter, review, and update claim notes in the claims management system
- Process payments, benefit notices, legal packets, and vendor documents
- Call medical providers for work status updates, treatment plans, and billing information
- Schedule appointments, manage referrals, and process wage and job description requests
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accountability
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in workers’ compensation or commercial auto claims (2+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to accuracy and detail
