Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
- Work closely with national and local teams to support managed care initiatives
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate and manage commercial payer contracts, including strategy, language review, pricing, and compliance
- Serve as liaison between the company and payers for contract negotiations, reimbursement policies, and operational issues
- Provide data analysis and financial impact reports to support managed care strategies
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in agreements and workflows
- Collaborate with credentialing, revenue cycle, and local office directors to optimize operations
What You Need
- IVF contracting experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or 5–8 years in lieu of degree
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial payer contract negotiations and analytics
- Strong data analysis skills, including Excel; familiarity with NextGen or Power BI a plus
- Knowledge of credentialing and revenue cycle processes related to managed care
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment
