Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US only)
- Standard weekday schedule (with flexibility for client needs)
Responsibilities
- Manage payer enrollments, revalidations, claim submission issues, ERA retrieval, and eligibility follow-ups
- Support onboarding of new clients and serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build strong relationships with client decision makers and internal teams (billing, project management, client relations)
- Address implementation issues and billing inquiries as needed
- Navigate software to run reports, review claims, and monitor payment postings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
- EMS experience and/or knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Knowledge of lockboxes and ticketing systems a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and professional presentation
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Calm, effective problem-solving approach in client interactions
