Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with healthcare-related concerns
- Document call information accurately for auditing and reporting
- Update and maintain customer information in systems
- Upsell customers on new or enhanced services when appropriate
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and patient-centered service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong computer navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen actively and resolve concerns with professionalism
- A private, distraction-free home workspace
- Internet connection: DSL or Cable only, minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload (no satellite, dial-up, or wireless)
