Schedule

  • Full-time remote role
  • Paid training provided
  • Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WV

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product or service issues
  • Document call details for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information
  • Upsell or promote additional services when appropriate

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and comprehension abilities
  • Computer literacy and navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Must have a private home office space with a hardwired internet connection (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum)
