Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Fully remote (must live within AAA Club Alliance states: CT, DE, IN, KS, KY, MD, NJ, OH, OK, PA, SD, VA, WV, or Washington, D.C.)
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide support for online booking tools (Concur and Deem) and manage queues efficiently
- Respond to traveler calls and emails regarding profiles, bookings, and special requests
- Book domestic air, hotel, and car rentals; provide price quotes for domestic/international travel
- Promote cost-effective fares and suppliers in line with client travel policies
- Manage client profiles and ensure accurate documentation in GDS (Sabre)
- Stay updated on airline regulations and travel policies
- Deliver professional client communication and maintain service level standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years recent experience as a Travel Consultant (within the last 6 years)
- Expertise with airline ticket exchanges
- Experience with Concur and Deem (required)
- Corporate travel experience and proficiency with Sabre GDS (required)
- 1+ year of international travel booking preferred
Compensation
- $16.10 – $37.58/hour, based on experience and location
