Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PT
  • Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT
  • No weekend work required
  • Weekly pay
  • $16/hr. during training & nesting, $16.50/hr. in production
  • Bonus opportunities: earn up to $18/hr. with performance incentives

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or reschedule patient appointments
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and update medical records
  • Process referrals, prescription renewals, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Communicate updates and escalate issues when needed
  • Upload and organize patient documents accurately
  • Provide reliable, professional support as the link between patients and providers

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year call center customer service experience
  • Stable job history (at least one year per role)
  • Clear communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging patients
  • Private, secure home workspace with reliable high-speed internet

Preferred

  • High call volume handling experience
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC a plus)
  • Appointment scheduling background
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Dual monitor setup
