Schedule
- Full-time, steady state role with no set end date
- Monday–Friday, no weekends required
- Training: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PT
- Production: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm PT
What You’ll Do
- Verify member eligibility, benefit types, coverage dates, and claim payment status
- Estimate out-of-pocket expenses and explain copayments to members
- Deliver positive call experiences while meeting performance goals for efficiency, quality, and attendance
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BroadPath, and client regulations
- Multitask effectively between calls, systems, and data entry
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months of Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a health plan provider or member customer service representative
- Minimum 1 year of remote/work-from-home experience
- Strong multitasking ability with computer navigation, typing, and call handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay focused and productive with repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
