Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8 am – 5:30 pm CST)
- Fully remote, U.S.-based role

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to an assigned patient pool, educating them on the benefits of CareHarmony’s care coordination program
- Persuade eligible patients to enroll, tailoring communication to their demographics, health conditions, and insurance
- Build trust and rapport with patients while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
- Accurately document calls, patient responses, and enrollment details in real time
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve call volume and enrollment goals
- Spend 80%+ of time on the phone delivering clear, informative, and engaging conversations
- Use multiple software platforms for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- Strong people skills with proven adaptability in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills—informational, concise, personable, and persuasive
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and express empathy with patients
- High-quality data entry and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented, with leadership potential and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Skype)
- Must be based in the U.S.
