Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (#LI-GA)
- Reports to the Credit Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Review and verify client documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, and IDs
- Confirm client identity using trusted data sources
- Accurately enter key information into application systems to support loan decisions
- Contact clients via phone and email to provide updates and answer questions
- Assist with special projects and prepare documentation for audits
- Share feedback on tools, systems, and take part in team training
Requirements
- Experience with credit applications helpful but not required
- Comfortable with basic math and reviewing financial documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of fraud risks and compliance
- Experience in fast-paced, task-focused environments
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy
Compensation
- $46,000 – $58,000 annually (USD)
- Final offer depends on qualifications, experience, and location
