Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Includes on-call work for release of vehicles (BluCar)
What You’ll Do
- Obtain vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations
- Provide customer solutions with a focus on resolution and professionalism
- Handle inbound and outbound calls; may expand to chat and email support
- Accurately record and follow up on customer interactions
- Meet performance expectations for call quality and efficiency
- Perform additional office support duties as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- At least 1 year of customer service or office support experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Compensation
- $16.04 – $22.00 per hour
- For CA, CO, NY, and WA: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
