As a Call for Release Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in coordinating vehicle pickups, releases, and customer communications—all while working 100% remotely with company-provided equipment.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote role

Responsibilities
- Contact body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and secure release authorizations
- Communicate with vehicle owners to arrange transport, coordinate 3-way calls, and assist with personal item removal
- Use VIN decoding tools to verify and gather vehicle information
- Maintain accurate notes and records for each vehicle interaction
- Meet daily productivity targets (100+ calls and 60+ live lots processed)
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment
- Ensure compliance with Copart policies and quality standards
- Provide support for additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of office or customer service experience
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and basic 10-key skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset
- Quiet, professional, distraction-free workspace for remote work
- Bilingual skills a plus
Compensation
- $16.04 – $22.00 per hour
- For CA, CO, NY, WA: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
