Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Two evening shifts per week (12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST)
- One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
- Must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls on past-due accounts to resolve delinquencies
- Research and analyze delinquent accounts to determine best resolution approach
- Process phone payments, including credit card transactions
- Provide hardship relief options to customers per company policy
- Handle overflow calls (disputes, recovery, first pay, bankruptcy, etc.)
- Proficiently answer customer questions regarding accounts, statements, and interest
- Document all interactions accurately in company systems
- Support administrative and in-office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Excellent phone presence and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet, email)
- Strong attention to detail and typing skills

- Pay range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
