Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST (mandatory)
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST
- Possible overtime (voluntary and mandatory) based on business needs
- Remote role with provided equipment; must maintain a distraction-free workspace
- Internet requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber; min 15Mbps download / 5Mbps upload, ping <30ms, hardwired connection
What You’ll Do
- Transcribe call center records promptly and accurately for quality purposes
- Review adverse events before submission to client QA teams
- Ensure documentation complies with client and regulatory guidelines
- Identify trends and escalate training needs based on transcription reviews
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies and product offerings
- Work effectively with integrated task teams to support quality operations
What You Need
- 2+ years of call center experience preferred
- 2+ years of transcriptionist experience preferred
- 2+ years of quality review experience preferred
- Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and customer care processes
- Strong organizational and listening skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
