Schedule
- Full-time remote role
- Must be flexible with scheduling and hours
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required to meet program demands
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, prescribers, pharmacies, insurance companies, and partners
- Create and update patient records with demographics, insurance, and prescription details
- Process and attach incoming documents such as faxes to patient records
- Research and resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed
- Initiate outreach calls to collect missing information or provide benefit outcomes
- Generate letters, brochures, and other communications for patients and providers
- Document all interactions in the database accurately and thoroughly
- Adhere to program quality, production, and turnaround standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in a fast-paced call center (Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, Insurance, or Patient Assistance experience preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in high call volume environments
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required
