Schedule
- Full-time remote role (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- Two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST
- One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Perform outbound calls to resolve past-due customer accounts
- Research delinquent accounts and recommend resolution actions
- Process payments including credit card transactions
- Offer relief options to customers experiencing hardships in line with company policy
- Handle overflow calls, including disputes, recovery, and bankruptcy inquiries
- Provide accurate information on statements, interest, and account details
- Support administrative tasks and assist with in-office duties as needed
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field (or relevant experience)
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
- Professional phone presence with strong verbal and written communication
- Persuasion and negotiation skills with tact in high-pressure conversations
- Fast typing skills and strong attention to detail
