BroadPath is hiring an Electronic Claims Analyst to help process and resolve electronic claims while supporting data accuracy and compliance. This fully remote role is key to maintaining smooth operations and developing improved claims workflows.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm PT
- No weekend work required
What You’ll Do
- Upload, process, and analyze electronic claims for accuracy and compliance
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to provider billing (e.g., Tax ID, NPI, vendor addresses)
- Review error reports and correct claim load issues
- Communicate with providers on billing procedures and proper claim submission
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data and claims system issues
- Provide training, support, and workflow improvements for claims processes
- Assist with system testing for new claims requirements and procedures
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Experience maintaining member files and knowledge of claims processes
- Background in health insurance environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
