Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PT
- No weekend work required
What You’ll Do
- Verify provider credentials through approved sources
- Track and process credentialing and re-credentialing applications
- Enter and update provider information in credentialing systems
- Maintain provider demographics and data from delegated entities
- Communicate with providers and office staff on credentialing status
- Identify and escalate non-compliance issues
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
What You Need
- 1+ year of credentialing experience with a health plan
- Typing speed: 50 WPM and 135 KSPM on ten keys
- Knowledge of NCQA, CMS, and state credentialing standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage high-volume tasks independently and in teams
