Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 3pm–11:30pm ET
- 24/7/365 team coverage; must be comfortable with flexibility
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume introductory video appointments with members
- Answer questions, provide recommendations, and support members navigating our platform
- Deliver exceptional service, escalating concerns when needed
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams to close the loop on care
- Educate members on program resources and anticipate social determinants of health needs
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve member experience
What You Need
- Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare
- 1–2+ years of direct patient care or digital health experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a startup/remote setting
- Empathetic communicator, written and verbal, with passion for improving outcomes
- Experience meeting KPIs for engagement, satisfaction, and productivity
- Comfort with remote technology tools (Google Suite, CRM, EHR, Zendesk)
Preferred: Family planning or maternal-child health experience, healthcare certification, and fluency in Spanish or French.
